Do you have a baby carrier and need to learn to use it? Do you need help choosing the right baby carrier for you? Are you wanting to try wearing 2 children at once or doing back carries, but need one to one support? Then a one-to-one consultation may be right for you. Includes intake interview, 1 hour consultation, 15 minute follow-up.
Introduction to Babywearing Class: $40/couple Are you a new or expectant parent? Would you like to learn about the benefits of babywearing, the types of carriers, and safe positioning? Do you have friends who would also like to learn about babywearing? Then a babywearing class may be right for you. There is a 4 family minimum for this class. Includes 2 one-hour classes. There will be 1-2 weeks between classes to allow parents to purchase carriers.
Babywearing Personal Shopping Service: 15% of carrier cost or $25; whichever is less Are you overwhelmed by all the choices in carriers? Do you have special needs and don't know what will be right for you? Are you looking for something that isn't available from online retailers, but feel overwhelmed by online swaps? Then you may need a personal shopper. Includes intake interview, at least 3 purchasing options, and navigation of all online swaps or vendor sites. |
Special Education ConsultationsIn-home Behavioral Consultations: $100 (subsequent consultations $75/hr)
Are you having difficulties managing your child's behavior? Are you unable to take your child out in public ? Have you found traditional behavioral methods to be inconsistent with your parenting philosophies? Then you may appreciate my gentler approach to behavioral consultation. Initial consultation includes intake interview, 1 hour consultation, 15 minute follow-up.
In-home Academic Consultations: $200 (subsequent consultations $75/hr) Are you struggling to help your child with homework and studying? Do you feel that your child is capable of more than he is demonstrating at school? Are you frustrated with your child's lack of academic progress? Initial consultation includes intake interview, 1 hour assessment, 1 hour consultation, 15 minute follow-up.
IEP advocacy: $100 Do you feel overwhelmed by all the jargon used at your child's IEP meetings? Do you feel like you are not a part of the IEP team? Then you might need an IEP advocate. Includes parent training in due process and IEP procedures and attendance at your child's IEP meeting. |
